Have consulted with Khanani Developments a couple of times and its has been a great experience. They have developed a reputation to always put my needs first, without leading the discussion towards what's most favorable to them because they understand that home is the most personal investment. Really appreciate the top management and their values.

I’ve seen the quality of homes this builder puts up and its worth every dollar, especially in this time of shoddy work by most builders who cut corners. I hope to purchase a home from them someday.

The team from Khanani Developments are knowledgeable, extremely professional and are industry experts. In purchasing my home, I went through their consultation services to put my family at ease on all the different aspects we had to consider in buying a home. They took the time to explain our options and walked us through the pros and cons and even gave us advise on how to structure our deal to account for repairs or cash-back to ensure we get the most value in this current buyer’s market. These guys are awesome and hoping to work together in the near future on our forever home!
